Sandra, with her studio Asperitas, carries on an artistic journey that begins with a chance encounter with the pottery wheel in Beijing at the age of 17 and develops through various experiences in different countries such as Spain, Germany, France, Turkey and finally the Portugal, where he honed his ceramic skills while working as a tour guide. The pandemic brings her back to Gorizia, where she opens her studio in 2021. The name "Asperitas" represents both the rough nature of her clays and the complexity and diversity of her artistic production. It also reflects the idea of ​​movement and contrast, as well as the rare, stormy clouds that eventually dissolve to leave a clear sky, wishing the same to those who welcome his works into their homes.
